  • Sleep on a comfortable foam mattress.
  • Use a pregnancy pillow while sleeping.
  • Start sports like yoga.
  • Massage is very useful for pregnant women to relieve sciatic nerve pain. This is especially true if you received it before giving birth.
  • You can use hot water bottles or warm compresses to relieve pain.
  • Take a shower with lukewarm water.
